About Us | How we came to be.
Level 11 Design is a small scale graphic design studio in Perth, WA based in the northern suburbs. Established in 2019 as a university passion project between a group of rag tag independent designers based across Perth from all walks of life, Level 11 Design became a home and common ground to discuss ideas, designs and learn from other designers.
Achieving it’s launch purpose in 2020, We took a long hiatus to get a few things in order. Designers moved on to their independent pathways through the success from 2019 which left the studio in a mild stasis.
Skip forward to 2022 and Level 11 Design is back and energized like never before. Coming back as a small scale dynamic duo, Level 11 is now focused on creating good branding, good design and aiming to become one of the top agency’s in Perth, while shaking up the industry as we walk the path of premium aesthetics.

Our Workflow | Breaking industry standards.
We take design in our own distinct direction and aim to create unique solutions based on your needs taking a holistic and human approach. We apply ourselves on the ability to “Zag” while the rest of the design industry “Zig’s” and aim to take a different approach all the time. This is reflected in our studio workflow.
Level 11 Design doubles down on our brand ethos to do things differently.
We proudly utilize the Affinity design suites across our entire studio to not only break industry standards, but to raise the bar and set higher standards within the industry. Affinity gives us the power to do this by leveraging powerful workflows, colour management tools, updated PMS colour books and seamless integrations with every file type imaginable which means more time designing and less time wasted on the fiddly bits.
We put the client first and educate them through functional design.
When we work with a client we mean it. One on one. each client we take on is unique and we embrace it. From quote to final product, we communicate with you through each design phase to ensure your quality standards are met through the entire job. We don’t charge until project delivery and we educate you on all of the design lingo, marketing terminology and systems so you come out of your experience with a much greater understanding of your brand and direction. We offer consultations, and general design advice for all. All work at level 11 design is by appointment only so we can focus on your brand with no distractions.

Jarrad Chew | Design Dai Lo
B.Arts - Creative Advertising & Graphic Design | Apprentice Print Finisher | All Round Nice Guy
Jarrad Chew is the owner and propetier of Level 11 Design. Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Creative Advertising from Curtin University, Jarrad has set out to create a freelance side-gig studio in Perth to build better brands and pivot the industry standards in a positive direction.
In his many years (though some how still young), has come to be proficient in many of the creative disciplines, ranging from your more traditional graphic design to motion graphics and video production and in recent years has taken on an active role working within the print publication industry in Perth making him exceptionally well versed in colour management, functional design and the knowledge of designing documents directly for offset printing that won’t piss off your printers.
Travis Taylor | The Grand Poobah

Travis is the Grand Poobah of branding and the resident beanie enthusiast at Level 11 Design, currently completing his final year of Graphic Design and Creative Advertising at Curtin University. From long copy to short, Travis specialises in copywriting with the intention of building strong, clear brands; not just snappy quips.
Though he would like to tell you that he is the bees knees of his field, the truth is far simpler than that. Travis is a nerd at heart, enjoys the occasional (or few) brews with friends and sporting ugly sweaters.
